Planning Aspects

Formed in 2006, Planning Aspects Pty Ltd was established in Adelaide, South Australia by Shanti Ditter following her 20+ years involvement in the private and public sectors in providing professional town planning services.

Planning Aspects is a small boutique establishment that prides itself in the substantial experience and reputation it has established in Town and Regional Planning.  It has established excellent working relationships with numerous state and local government bodies, which results in positive results for our clients.

Planning Aspects works on a range of projects, both large and small.  We have established network of partnerships  with a number of other interdisciplinary professional experts and we are able to assemble a team, including designers and architects, surveyors, engineers, landscape architects, noise and contaminated land specialists, environmental scientists and traffic engineers, tailored to your specific project needs to successfully complete your project.

Our clients include the aged care sector, affordable housing, the renewable energy sector, electricity infrastructure providers, industrial, commercial and retail developers.  We also provide consulting services to the state and local government sectors in metropolitan and regional South Australia.

We pride ourselves in dedicating a senior team to all our projects.
