Ingham Planning is one of the most experienced town planning consultancies in NSW. The firm was established in 1995 and operates as a small practice where all work is undertaken by a highly experienced team of directors and senior planners. Planning Services

The firm prepares development assessment reports for development applications, State Significant Developments and Reviews of Environmental Factors under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The practice has gained approval for thousands of development applications ranging from residential projects to large-scale developments including facilities for the Sydney Olympics and major shopping centre redevelopments.

Experience and Qualifications

The team holds over 120 years of collective planning experience across local government and private practice. The directors have worked on iconic Sydney developments including Sydney Olympic Park, Fox Studios, and Westfield projects. Team members have previously held senior positions with metropolitan councils including Ku-ring-gai, Willoughby, Mosman and Canada Bay, and have contract experience with the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
