WHAT WE DON'T DO
Objections to Development Applications
As a general rule we do not prepare objections to development applications but we are prepared to look at such proposals on a selective case by case basis. We do however act as expert witnesses in the Land and Environment Court for Councils if we can reasonably support a case for refusal of an application.
Building Certificate Applications
Building certificates are the mechanism for regularising unauthorised building work.
Complying Development Reports
We do not write reports for building certifiers for the issue of complying development certificates.
Lobbying
We do not lobby state or local government politicians.
Conflicts of Interests
We cannot undertake work in Lane Cove Council or the City of Ryde Council if a conflict of interest arises. A conflict will arise if an application is of a kind that will be determined by the Local Planning Panel (LPP) as Eugene Sarich is a member of the Lane Cove and Ryde LPP's.
