Creative Design + Planning is a unique multidisciplinary urban and regional town planning consultancy. The practice was formed in 2014 with a commitment to creative design combined with an innovative approach to strategic and statutory town planning and urban design. We focus on project delivery to meet the evolving needs of our clients, enhance project outcomes and set benchmarks.
We are passionate about subdivision and built form design. We strive to inspire, motivate and promote cutting edge design, continuously pushing boundaries and testing assumptions. Lateral thinking is a hallmark of our practice along with extensive knowledge of all parameters that influence urban design excellence.
With ‘creativity’ as our practice’s ethos, we live and breathe each project to provide our clients with creative urban design solutions and an innovative approach to strategic and statutory town planning to ensure the project realises it’s full potential.
We believe that master planning and subdivision projects must be based on cutting edge innovation in design combined with a strategic approach to statutory town planning documentation and approvals negotiations to achieve the best outcomes.
Our focus on design creativity is balanced by the reality that projects need to be commercially successful. The Creative Design + Planning team has a strong record of creating plans that facilitate economically feasible developments.
Creative Design + Planning is led by Managing Director, Frank Arangio with the assistance from the Associate Directors, Kasia Betka and Justin Hansen and supported by an array of technical planning and support staff.
